Founded in the 1950s, on the steps of the Sanctuary of Fátima, the Hotel Estrela de Fátima reopened its doors in 2019 following a full renovation. Its unique location of course remained the same.
This is probably the best-located hotel in Fátima – the Sanctuary is just across the road. The interior design was inspired by the local region, and transports visitors to a unique place of tranquillity.
Three decorative styles were chosen for the rooms: one with warm colours and floral motifs, another with calming colours and an arboreal theme; and the most recent, with an understated luminosity that will transport guests to a serene, relaxing ambiance.
The hotel offers a beautiful esplanade, where guests can take a moment to relax on hot days. Just next to it, there is a small play area for children.

The hotel has 66 rooms with two distinctive decorative styles – poppy rooms and tree rooms – divided into single, double, twin, triple and family categories.
There are also 14 deluxe rooms (doubles and twins) and 4 junior suites.
